Magento design
I am looking to setup a magento based website to replace the clients existing site. The majority of the template is complete, I'm fairly sure I can complete this myself once the main layout has been done. I'm not familiar with Magento although I've written several small cms myself and am reasonably experienced with CMSMS and WordPress. Obviously I'm happy working with xhtml/css and php to a degree, although I've no experience of the templating system magento uses. The project needs to be completed quickly so I don't have enough time to learn Magento fully. Hopefully you can help me with this. I have installed magento myself on a dummy domain on my hosting account. It works ok, admin panel etc all accessible although I'd appreciate a once-over from someone who has more experience of the system.
